First Day of Fall Classes
Aim for a Perfect 10!
This class will help develop your child’s self-confidence and enhance their physical capabilities. It’s an enjoyable physical, mental and social experience for your child. We incorporate a blend of music, gymnastics (bars, beam tumbling and tumbl track) and the use of small motor equipment such as rhythmic ribbons, hoops, balls and balloons. We also add in theme weeks to make it fun and exciting each week!
BALLET, HIP-HOP AND DANCE
This class is a 45 minute class. They will do 20 minutes of classical ballet, barre and floor and then will do 25 minutes of gymnastics. This class is wonderful and does fill fast. They will also be in the dance recital in May!
This class is great for those future cheerleaders. We work on cheer tumble, jumps, arm motions, cheers, chants, cheer dance and how to show that SPIRIT!! It is a 30 min class.
Swimming classes available for all levels and all ages! We offer a leveled learning experience that gradually progresses to offer your child more opportunity to learn and grow in their swimming abilities!
This is a class that is based on just tumbling and trak work. We use a great progression latter in this class. We start with basic skills moving up to front and back handsprings, connecting skills, moving floor skills along with strength and core building. This is does not do the bars or balance beam.
